A Day in the Life of: The Lumineers
As a Paste photographer, I am let in to witness both the mundane and at times, glamorous lifestyle of musicians on tour.
This Denver based folk band has been gaining recognition at accelerated speeds among the music industry and among fans and with good reason. Their porch-stomping songs are not only catchy, but follow through with lyrics that most people can relate to. I spent the day with them at their tour stop in Chicago where they performed for a local blog session and later that night took the stage twice. Once for a free "preview" show that Evanston's SPACE provides for up and coming bands, then again for their sold out tour show.
